Be A Voice
We're going to try a little experiment today and I'm interested to see how many people respond. What does the picture mean to you? Respond in the comments and let me know your thoughts (I really am interested).
For me, this is a great reminder to be yourself and be comfortable with who you are. You don't have to agree with everyone, but you must have the courage to speak your mind when it is needed. We are unique people and having differing ideas is what fuels us to do more great work. It's okay to follow others, but we don't have to be lockstep. While we may agree with the overarching ideas, we don't have to agree with everything and we don't have to remain silent in our disagreements.
I look forward to hearing from you all and hope this starts an active discussion in the comments.

As a reminder to give a hug and high five, to dance and cry, say hello and smile on a whim. So not to wish I would have, but am glad I did. Which can go for acknowledging thoughts or feelings, even in disagreement. The differences in thought can lead to a thorough solution.
ReplyDeletePutting your truth into the universe is so liberating, even if others don't understand or disagree.
ReplyDeleteThank you both for your insight! I agree, putting your truth into the universe is liberating and opens you up to being able to do it more (and easier). When others disagree, though it can be difficult for us, it does often lead to greater work and more thorough solutions!
ReplyDeleteBlaze your path, brother. Blaze your own path.... :-)
ReplyDeleteMuch of how we view the journey of our life is through the fog of others definition of who we are and the path we should follow. It is when we pierce the fog with our own vision that we attain peace of mind and clarity of purpose. Hope to hear from others as they gain insight and wisdom through this blog. Thanks for sharing Joe. Your thoughts are truly inspiring!
